Students may be eligible for bus transportation services through Springfield City School District based on the address on file with our school that matches your Proof of Residency documentation (provided each year during re-enrollment). Per school policy, eligibility for transportation services may be limited to a specific radius surrounding the location of the school.

Springfield City School District

To be eligible for busing, the student must reside two miles or greater from the school that they are attending. If you are unsure, please call Springfield City School District Transportation at (937) 505-2850.

If your student is eligible for transportation, you will receive busing information in the mail prior to the start of the school year. If transportation is being requested after the start of the school year, all correspondence concerning eligibility and busing information will be provided to the school staff.

All forms are due by August 1st to receive busing for the first week of school and beyond. Any requests received after the 1st of August will have a delayed start for transportation. The school will be notified when the busing will start and will be provided with the busing information to pass along to the parent.

How to Apply for Transportation Services:

• Register or re-enroll your student with the school office, if not already enrolled.
• Complete the  Transportation Request form.
